I natt var det duket for 76th Primetime Emmy Awards og her er oversikten over alle vinnerne.
Var ikke vi nettopp her? Jo, fordi forrige Emmys 2023 ble utsatt til januar 2024 på grunn av fjorårets Hollywood-streik for forfattere og skuespillere. 18 måneder har flydd fort unna!
Ny rekord under Emmys 2024
Som sist gang ble det en god del priser for The Bear, inkludert beste skuespiller og birolle i en komedie for Jeremy Allen White og Ebon Moss-Bachrach. Totalt 11 priser for The Bear, som er en ny egen rekord. Også dukker selvfølgelig spørsmålet opp igjen om hvorfor The Bear er under komedie-kategorien. Denne gangen gikk prisen for beste komiserie velfortjent til Hacks. Jean Smart tok også hjem prisen for beste kvinnelige skuespiller i samme kategori.
Generelt var det en stor natt for FX (som eies av Disney) med både The Bear og 2024s nykommer Shōgun som egentlig startet som en miniserie men har fått grønt lys for flere sesonger. Det ble en historisk natt og ny Emmy-rekord for Shōgun som totalt tok 18 priser (de vant 14 sist helg under Creative Arts Emmys). Dette er flest Emmy-priser for én sesong noensinne. Hiroyuki Sanada og Anna Sawai vant sin første Emmy-priser for beste skuespillere.
Enda en ny viral Netflix-serie vinner
Annet hvert år er det nesten som at det kommer en ny Netflix-serie som absolutt alle prater om. I år var det Baby Reindeer. Den vant beste miniserie, inkludert beste mannlige skuespiller og manus til Josh Gadd, og beste kvinnelige birolle til Jessica Gunning. Kategorien inkluderer antalogi-serier, så det ble en seier for Jodie Fosters True Detective: Night Country prestasjon.
